Hawthorne is seeking a Leasing Consultant to serve as the face of the community, delivering exceptional experiences to prospects and residents. You will conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and support leasing goals with a welcoming, service-driven approach.

The role emphasizes creating meaningful connections, coordinating resident events, and contributing to a positive community atmosphere while upholding Hawthorne’s Live It culture in daily operations.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience or sales is preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents warmly and professionally.
• Lead personalized apartment tours highlighting the community lifestyle and value.
• Respond promptly to phone, email, and web inquiries.
• Convert leads to leases through follow-up and relationship-building.
• Complete leasing applications, verifications, and move-in paperwork accurately.
• Coordinate and attend resident events and community initiatives.
• Assist in marketing the property through social media and local outreach.
• Stay informed on local market trends and competitor properties.
