Hawthorne is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of the community, delivering warm greetings, guided tours, and timely responses to inquiries. You will drive leasing through relationship-building and accurate paperwork, contributing to occupancy goals and a welcoming living environment.

Education includes a high school diploma or GED; one year in customer service or leasing is preferred. A valid driver’s license is required; CALP is a plus. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• One year of customer service experience, sales and/or apartment leasing is preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• A CALP accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents with warmth and professionalism.
• Conduct personalized apartment tours highlighting lifestyle and value of the community.
• Respond to phone, email, and web inquiries promptly and thoroughly.
• Convert leads to leases through follow-up and relationship-building.
• Complete leasing applications, verifications, and move-in paperwork accurately.
• Contribute to occupancy and renewal goals.
• Coordinate and attend resident events and engage with the community.
• Promote a clean, welcoming environment in common areas and offices.
• Assist in marketing the property via social media and local outreach.
