Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• A Certified Apartment Leasing Professional Accreditation (CALP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct personalized apartment tours.
• Convert leads to leases and complete leasing applications.
• Coordinate resident events and maintain a clean environment.
• Market the property through social media and community outreach.
