Job summary

Coastal Ridge Real Estate is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to lead leasing efforts and administrative functions at our Richmond properties. This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Property Manager and focuses on mentoring the leasing team while delivering an exceptional resident experience.

You will manage tours, follow-ups, applications, and lease execution, while tracking market trends and performance metrics to meet leasing goals.

Qualifications

• Proven leasing and sales experience in multifamily or student housing preferred.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Entrata, OneSite, or RealPage preferred.
• Intermediate Excel skills including formulas, sorting, and filtering.
