Job summary

You will enter data in Salesforce, assist with proposals, coordinate with sales, credit, and operations to move transactions through credit approval and documentation. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of related experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 3-5 years’ related work experience required.
• Experience in sales support, leasing, commercial lending, or administrative support preferred.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook; ability to learn Salesforce.
• Ability to read basic financial statements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales follow-up with customers, vendors, and dealers and track transaction status.
• Enter and maintain Salesforce data for new customers, vendors, and opportunities.
• Assist with proposals and customer correspondence; escalate financing questions.
• Facilitate credit approval and documentation with cross-functional teams.
• Request vendor invoices and gather needed documentation.
• Monitor opportunities and remind about pending items.
• Provide status updates to customers and vendors throughout the financing process.
• Run reports and support pipeline activity and reporting.
• Gather, organize, and package financial information for credit review.
• Maintain files and route information to appropriate internal departments.
• Provide backup support to Leasing & Finance team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
