Prometheus Real Estate Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager (Leasing & Experience Manager I) for Villages. This role blends neighbor relations, leasing activities, and daily operations to deliver the Ultimate Neighbor Experience.

You will assist in closing leases, craft marketing programs, and optimize occupancy while supporting a proactive property team. We require at least two years in leasing, with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree; a high school diploma or GED is also

• 2+ years of leasing experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma/GED required.
