Job summary

The role covers from initial contact and move-in through residency to move-out, with a focus on presenting homes, explaining features, negotiating terms, and completing leasing agreements along with all related documentation.

Experience in Leasing or Sales is preferred, and proficiency with property management software is required.

Qualifications

• Previous Leasing or Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to learn property management software programs.

Responsibilities

• Present apartment homes to prospective tenants in a positive manner.
• Provide accurate information on features of the community and surrounding area.
• Negotiate leasing terms and complete leasing agreements and related documentation.
• Ensure resident comfort and satisfaction to promote retention and community reputation.
• Support a smooth move-in to move-out process and maintain documentation.
