Prometheus Real Estate Group in Santa Clara, CA, seeks an Assistant Property Manager (Leasing & Experience Manager III) for Mansion Grove. You’ll blend neighbor relations, leasing activity, and daily operations to create the Ultimate Neighbor Experience.

The role requires at least two years in leasing, a Bachelor’s preferred (GED required), and a passion for customer service. Expect weekend coverage, a collaborative team, and strong opportunities for growth within Prometheus’ culture of good

Qualifications

• Two years of leasing experience or more.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; GED or high school diploma required.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage neighbor relations and provide five-star customer service.
• Assist with leasing activities and close deals with prospective residents.
• Support daily operations including pricing, concessions, occupancy reporting, and collections.
• Supervise leasing team, provide training, and set goals and milestones.
