Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in a leasing position.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred and a high school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Neighbor relations: remedy neighbor concerns and provide five‑star customer service.
• Leasing activities: assist with closing and help create marketing programs to maximize rental activity.
• Daily operations: assist with pricing, concessions, occupancy reporting, and collections.
• Supervisory responsibilities: supervise the leasing team and provide training and development.
