Buckingham Companies is seeking a Leasing Director in Indianapolis to lead leasing, marketing and training across multifamily properties. You will drive occupancy and revenue goals, mentor the leasing team, develop market analyses, pricing strategies, and corporate outreach programs while coordinating with property management and corporate leadership.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in sales and leasing
• Experience in leasing, marketing and staff training for multifamily properties
• Proven track record in meeting occupancy and revenue goals
• Ability to conduct market analyses and pricing
• Proficiency in MS Office, Yardi and CRM systems

Responsabilités

• Motivate a team of leasing consultants to meet goals and maintain occupancy.
• Lead and implement resident retention programs.
• Review occupancy reports and advise on marketing efforts in weekly PM meetings.
• Develop and implement marketing promotions and programs.
• Develop, publish, and implement training schedules for marketing and sales.
• Conduct market studies, rent comparisons, and design marketing plans.
• Design and ensure move-in orientation and property tours.
• Train, coach, and evaluate onsite leasing staff weekly.
