Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Leasing Director to oversee showing and leasing of apartments, townhomes, or condominiums, and to train and schedule staff to maximize occupancy.

Requirements include 1–2 years of leasing experience, strong communication with residents and vendors, knowledge of the leasing process and software, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. AMC offers competitive compensation, benefits, incentive programs, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous leasing experience.
• Strong communication with residents, potential residents, and vendors.
• Thorough knowledge of the leasing process and applicable software.
• Must be self-motivated with attention to detail and able to maintain required logs and records.
• Able to read and write English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Train and schedule leasing staff including sales techniques, telephone etiquette, and use of applicable software.
• Conduct frequent outreach marketing.
• Prepare regular reports on leasing activities and staff.
• Maintain logs and records.
• Perform other related functions as needed.
