Job summary

AMC, LLC is seeking a Leasing Director to lead the showing and leasing of apartments and to train and supervise the leasing staff to optimize occupancy. You will conduct outreach marketing, prepare regular reports, and maintain logs while communicating effectively with residents and vendors.

We are currently seeking a Leasing Director!

Responsibilities

• Leads the showing and leasing of apartments, townhomes, or condominiums to prospective residents; trains, schedules, and oversees the leasing staff to optimize occupancy and support the property\'s marketing plan.
• Trains and schedules the leasing staff, including shopping techniques, telephone etiquette, software use, closing and follow-up methods, and related leasing activities.
• Conducts outreach marketing on a regular basis.
• Prepares regular reports on leasing activities and staff performance.
• Maintains required logs and records.
• Performs other related functions as needed or assigned.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of previous leasing experience.
• Ability to communicate with residents, potential residents, vendors, and others.
• Thorough knowledge of the leasing process and applicable software.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail and accurate maintenance of required logs and records.
• Positive attitude and ability to communicate and work well with others.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to operate Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full-Time compensation: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour.
