Sunset Apartments is seeking a dependable Leasing Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations at our Quincy community. The role focuses on guiding prospective residents from inquiry to move-in, coordinating leases, and ensuring paperwork and payments are completed before occupancy.

We offer four days per week, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM with potential to expand to full-time for the right candidate, and a friendly, welcoming work environment where organizational and customer service skills are valued.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
• Greet prospective tenants, answer questions, and provide apartment tours.
• Coordinate leasing from initial inquiry through move-in.
• Ensure all required paperwork is completed and organized before move-in.
• Verify lease signings and collect payments including security deposits and first month’s rent.
• Ensure apartments are clean and ready for new residents.
• Coordinate move-out processes and update tenant records.
• Maintain tenant files, lease agreements, and payment records.
• Communicate professionally with current and prospective residents.
• Assist with other day-to-day property management duties.
