** Apartment Leasing Consultant - Bilingual Preferred**
** Location:** Youngtown, AZ Hourly Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 (based on experience)

We are seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant to join our team! As the first point of contact for future residents, you’ll engage with leads, highlight property amenities, and guide them through the leasing process. Working closely with the Property Manager, you’ll help maintain high occupancy rates and ensure resident satisfaction.

** Key Responsibilities:**

• Welcome prospective residents and conduct engaging community tours
• Assist with the leasing process: applications, approvals, and lease preparation
