The Liberty Group BH1 is seeking a motivated Bilingual Tax Credit Leasing Agent for our apartment communities in Naples & Fort Myers. Ideal candidates are fluent in both English and Spanish, professionally presented, and experienced with tax credit communities.

You will assist prospective residents, lead property tours, process applications, and ensure compliance with LIHTC requirements. A passion for customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Tax Credit Leasing Agent to join our apartment community teams in the Naples and Fort Myers area. The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, fluent in both English and Spanish, and experienced with tax credit (LIHTC) communities, with a passion for helping people find their next home.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner
• Conduct property tours and highlight community features and amenities
• Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries promptly
• Process rental applications, including income verification and LIHTC compliance documentation
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate resident files
• Ensure compliance with tax credit (LIHTC) program requirements
• Maintain accurate leasing and resident records
• Assist with marketing and outreach efforts to maintain high occupancy
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into leases
• Provide excellent customer service to current residents
• Support office operations and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
