The ideal candidate has leasing or property management experience, excels at building rapport, negotiating terms, and communicating clearly in a friendly, professional manner to maintain high occupancy

• Leasing experience required - Previous experience in leasing or property management is essential for success in this role.
• Ability to build rapport, qualify prospects, and confidently close leases.
