Two Coast Living is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to guide prospective residents through the journey of finding their perfect home. You will greet visitors, conduct tours, answer questions, and ensure a smooth move-in experience.

You will build relationships with residents, work toward leasing goals with a service-first approach, and support lease renewals to keep our welcoming community thriving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an undergraduate degree is preferred.
• Previous property management experience with a proven leasing or sales track record is required.
• Natural sales mindset and understanding of sales processes and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment home.
• Tour move-in-ready apartments with enthusiasm and charm.
• Build trust and rapport with current residents to foster a welcoming community.
• Collaborate with the team to hit leasing goals while maintaining top-notch customer service.
• Assist with lease renewals as residents choose to stay.
