Two Coast Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to serve as the friendly face guiding prospective residents from hello to move-in. You will greet visitors, tour properties, answer questions, and ensure a seamless leasing experience.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, strong communication, and a sales mindset in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. A high school diploma is required, with prior property management experience preferred.

• Greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment home.
• Tour move-in-ready apartments with enthusiasm and charm.
• Build trust and rapport with current residents to create a welcoming community.
• Hit leasing goals while maintaining top-notch customer service.
• Assist with renewals to keep residents satisfied and turning over leases smoothly.
