Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the friendly face guiding prospective residents through the exciting process of choosing their home. You will greet visitors, conduct warm tours, and help move them toward a confident lease choice.

Ideal candidates show a natural ability to build relationships, excel in fast-paced environments, and balance sales with exceptional service. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred, and Microsoft Office proficiency

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous property management leasing or sales experience required.
• Strong sales aptitude with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or related software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment home.
• Tour apartments with enthusiasm and charm.
• Build trust with current residents to foster a welcoming community.
• Work with the team to meet leasing goals while maintaining top-notch customer service.
• Assist current residents with lease renewals.
