You will actively build relationships, support lease signings, and contribute to a welcoming community. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and sales aptitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• Previous property management experience with a proven track record in leasing or sales is required.
• Natural disposition for sales and understanding of sales techniques and processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment home, making the experience seamless and stress-free.
• Tour move-in-ready apartments with enthusiasm and charm.
• Build trust and rapport with current residents to create a welcoming community.
