MAA Cathedral Arts is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support leasing operations and community performance. You will engage with prospective residents, explain the advantages of living in a MAA community, and help close leases.

The role requires at least one year in sales or leasing, with knowledge of property regulations and strong MS Office skills. A high school diploma is essential; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Benefits include comprehensive coverage and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, and/or leasing.
• Knowledge of apartment management laws and regulations preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective residents and communicate the value of living at a MAA community.
• Secure lease agreements and screen prospective residents.
• Communicate lease expirations and facilitate renewals.
• Assist with property marketing activities and resident events.
