CWS Apartments is seeking a Leasing Consultant to combine customer service, sales, and marketing skills to lease our apartment homes and meet leasing goals while building rapport with customers and residents.

You will manage on-site operations, communicate with residents, investors, vendors, and team members, and participate in safety programs as part of a fast-paced, service-oriented team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Sales and customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of on-site management operations (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance required.

What You Bring To Us

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Knowledge of on-site management operations, customer service experience, and Yardi software experience (preferred)
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance (required)
• Sales and customer service experience (required)
• Able to adhere to a set and variable work schedule, including weekends and emergencies as required
• Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Able to maintain a professional and ethical atmosphere
• Able to perform work responsibilities at locations other than “home” property
• Able to travel within major metropolitan areas and may be required to attend company functions in other cities

Work Environment

Work is performed in both office and field environments within residential apartment communities. Position requires frequent interaction with residents, prospective residents, vendors, and team members in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions while conducting property tours and inspections.

Physical Requirements

Requires frequent walking of the apartment community, including model units, vacant apartments, and common areas while conducting tours and assisting residents and prospective residents. Position involves standing, sitting, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Work is performed in both office and outdoor environments with frequent customer interaction.
