Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Assist prospects and discuss lease terms and options.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Meets with prospective tenants and records needs and qualifications.
• Assists prospects in viewing model apartments and discusses floor plans and amenities.
• Completes lease forms and collects deposits, files securely.
• Keeps track of lease approvals and informs residents of status.
• Answers incoming calls and manages inquiries.
• Creates advertisements reflecting current market pricing daily.
• Represents the company professionally at all times.
• Addresses resident concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Distributes community notices and communicates updates.
• Regularly walks grounds to communicate inventory to prospects.
• Upholds community policies and performs other duties as assigned.
• Availability to work weekends may be required.
