Job summary

RR Living seeks an Experienced Leasing Consultant for Aura at Westchase in Houston, TX. This full-time on-site role offers hourly pay of $17–$19 and focuses on greeting prospects, guiding tours, and converting inquiries into leases.

You will maintain high occupancy, assist residents, and promote community events using marketing tactics and social channels. Weekend/evening availability may be required.

Qualifications

• On-site leasing experience required.

• OneSite and Knock experience preferred.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and Property Management software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain occupancy above 95% with a sales-oriented mindset.
• Assist future residents in finding the right apartment.
• Provide a positive and genuine experience to residents.
• Use consultative selling to achieve high community occupancy.
• Use strong communication with current and future residents.
• Prioritize tour path and ensure curb appeal, report feedback to Maintenance and Community Manager.
• Ensure leases are complete and accurate.
• Utilize marketing and social media to promote community and events.
• Mediates and assesses resident feedback for retention.
• Assist with resident retention activities.
• Schedule and follow up on maintenance work orders and future move-ins.

The Leasing Consultant assists current and future residents in all leasing related tasks and acts as the face of the Community.They maintain an upbeat attitude and are responsible for creating and maintaining a welcoming living space for all residents.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain occupancy above 95% striving toward 100% with a sales-oriented mindset
• Assists future residents with finding a perfect apartment to call home
• Provide a positive and genuine experience to all current and future residents
• Using strategic consultative selling skills to achieve 100% Community Occupancy
• Use high level communication skills when dealing with current and future resident
• Prioritizes tour path and ensures curb appeal is up to par on property – Communicate any feedback to Maintenance team and Community Manager
• Ensures leases are complete and correct
• Expert in using marketing techniques and social media to promote community and its events
• Strong ability to mediate and assess current and future resident feedback
• Assists with resident retention activities
• Scheduling and following up with progress of maintenance work orders and future move ins

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1yearon-site as a Leasing Consultant required
• Background within the multifamily industry is preferred.
• Proven experience of following up on prospects and processing applications
• Experience of united teamwork to achieve customer satisfaction and retention is preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed
• OneSite and Knockexperience is preferred
• Competence in Microsoft Suite and Property Management Software strongly preferred.
• Participate in training to comply with new or existing Fair Housing laws.
• Present self in a neat, clean, and professional manner at all times
• Comply with expectations as demonstrated in the Employee Handbook.
