Skills and Abilities required:

• Manage community reputation via social media, communication, and marketing
• Be the primary contact for prospects, residents, vendors, and market
• Seek continuous improvement in traffic, leasing, and income
• Execute Elmington's property performance standards

Essential Job Functions:

• Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing

Requirements:

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
