Job Overview

The Leasing Consultant is the community's sales representative, responsible for engaging with potential and current residents. Duties include conducting property viewings, providing accurate information about apartments, processing rental applications, securing lease agreements from qualified applicants, and assisting with lease renewals. All duties must comply with Fair Housing Laws and company policies, supporting the overall goal of meeting client expectations within the financial and management framework.
