Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in sales or face-to-face customer service.
• Ability to describe features, benefits and value to customers.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and maintain a professional office space.

Responsibilities

• Make and take phone calls with prospective customers and residents, describing the community's features, benefits and value
• Perform sales presentations and tours to prospective customers and identify customer needs
• Accurately prepare/process screenings and paperwork for applicants, new residents and renewals
• Create and participate in resident social activities
• Provide professional service to prospective residents, current residents, team members and vendors
• Perform other duties as required by the position
