This role requires at least 1 year of sales or face-to-face customer service experience and offers a competitive base wage with commissions as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include making and answering calls, giving tours and presentations, processing applications, and supporting residents and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in sales or face-to-face customer service.
• Willing to work Saturdays.
• Experience with Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Make and take calls describing community features and value.
• Conduct sales presentations and tours to prospective residents.
• Process applications and renewals for new residents and renewals.
• Create and participate in resident social activities.
• Provide professional service to residents, team members and vendors.
