Thrive Communities is seeking a Leasing/Resident Services position in Bend, OR. The role focuses on leasing duties, resident relations, and marketing property listings within a tight-knit management team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn software systems.
• Experience with Yardi/CRM or OnSite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate lease paperwork and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Focus on sales, closing ratios, and leasing team performance.
• Train and mentor leasing staff in lease generation and etiquette.
• Greet residents, show units, and manage leasing duties.
• Maintain tour path, vacant units, and model units with maintenance coordination.
• Support resident relations and foster a sense of community.
• Assist with move-outs, vacancies, and knowledge of leasing retention strategies.
• Manage ads and market content for listings; monitor local market trends.
• Handle administrative tasks: reports, move-ins/outs, filings, and deposits.
