Envolve Community Management, LLC seeks a Leasing Consultant for Magruder Run Apartments in Hampton, VA. You will assist the Community Manager with rent collection, inspect units, and support renewal and retention programs, while staying informed about market trends.

The ideal candidate communicates well, is organized, and ready to apply marketing strategies to attract new residents. Leasing experience is preferred; background screening and drug testing are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in rent collection.
• Assist residents with inspection of their new home.
• Assist in implementing resident renewal and retention programs.
• Maintain knowledge of surrounding markets and complete weekly traffic reports.
• Input daily resident information related to walk-in traffic, move-ins and move-outs.
• Assist in maintaining resident files and renewal paperwork.
• Distribute non-payment notices to delinquent residents.
