Qualifications

• Complete knowledge of lease agreements.
• Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize deadlines.
• Leasing experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of computers and programs such as Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in rent collection and move-in processes.
• Maintain knowledge of surrounding markets and complete weekly traffic reports.
• Inspect community common areas, units, and grounds regularly.
• Input daily resident information related to walk-ins, move-ins and move-outs.
• Assist in maintaining resident files and renewal paperwork.
• Distribute non-payment notices to delinquent residents.
