Asset Living in Tampa, FL, is seeking a Leasing Consultant to handle all leasing, marketing, and resident relations at the property. Regular onsite attendance is required, along with strong customer service and sales skills.

You will show, lease, tour, and move-in prospective residents, sign leases, and complete necessary paperwork while supporting market surveys and outreach efforts. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to contribute to retention programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software are required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is required.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Show, lease, tour, and move-in prospective residents and sign leases.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in and assist with audits and turnover.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing outreach and annual outreach plans.
