Sares Regis Group Residential of Newport Beach, California, seeks a Leasing Consultant for Tribeca Urban, a 77-unit community in Marina Del Rey. Workdays are Thursday through Monday, focusing on sales and exceptional customer service to attract residents and create a strong first impression.

Responsibilities include interviewing prospects, guiding tours to model apartments, processing applications and leases, collecting deposits, and fostering positive resident relations to support long-term

Qualifications

• 1 year of demonstrated sales and customer service experience is a must.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers and the public.
• Must be an effective listener and communicator with the ability to work well on a team.

Responsibilities

• Interviews prospective residents and records information.
• Accompanies prospects to model apartments and discusses size, layout, and lease terms.
• Qualifies prospective residents and verifies applications/lease documents.
• Completes lease forms and collects rental deposits and fees.
• Introduces residents to apartment procedures and community rules.
• Promotes positive resident relations to ensure a high-quality living experience.
