Our multi-family community, Lenoxplace at Garner Station, currently has a full-time Leasing Professional opportunity available.

Responsibilities include:

1. Welcoming prospective residents, understanding their needs, and touring the community.
2. Following up with prospects and working towards leasing our properties.
3. Completing all steps involved in the lease application process.
4. Being knowledgeable about community offerings, rents, and amenities.
5. Conducting off-site and online market research and assisting in marketing plans.
6. Coordinating resident social events to enhance resident satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (highly preferred).
