Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Raleigh, NC. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for managing leases, ensuring resident retention, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include lease administration, interacting with residents and prospective tenants, and maintaining high levels of communication with both residents and the leasing team.

Qualifications

• Experience with leases and lease administration preferred but not required
• Skills in resident retention and customer service
• Proficiency in using property management software is a plus
