Our multi-family community, Lenoxplace at Garner Station, currently has a full-time Leasing Professional opportunity available.

As a Leasing Consultant, your goal will be to energetically and professionally represent our innovative, fast-growing company to current and prospective residents. You will build long-term relationships with residents and co-workers, act as a product expert, and serve as a valuable resource for property information. Your charisma and sales skills will be essential in marketing and selling our multi-family homes.

This role is suited for someone who is engaging, motivated, and dedicated to helping people find their next home.

A Typical Day

1. Welcome prospective residents, understand their needs, tour the community, and highlight relevant amenities.
2. Follow up with prospects to promote our communities.
3. Complete all steps in the lease application process.
4. Be an expert on our community offerings, rents, and amenities.
5. Conduct off-site and online market research and assist in marketing plan development.
6. Coordinate resident social events and activities to enhance resident satisfaction.
7. *Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly preferred.*
