The position involves resident interaction, move-in inspections, coordination with maintenance, and participation in retention programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service, sales, or hospitality experience is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to learn Fair Housing regulations and company policies

Responsabilités

• Greet prospective residents and conduct tours of properties and amenities.
• Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, text, and walk-ins promptly.
• Guide applicants through the applications, screenings, leases, and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and leasing traffic in property software.
• Assist with marketing, online listings, social media, and resident events.
• Support lease renewals and resident-retention activities.
• Conduct move-in inspections and ensure model units meet standards.
• Coordinate resident service requests with maintenance.
• Follow Fair Housing and company policies in all interactions.
• Assist Property Manager with administrative tasks.
