Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Leasing Consultant to represent the community, greet clients, and secure leases from qualified applicants. The role requires strong communication, sales mindset, and knowledge of lease terms.

Responsibilities include collecting deposits, preparing move-in files, maintaining model apartments, and coordinating with locator services. AMC offers full-time hours, $18-20/hour, and a benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and present community features, securing lease agreements from qualified applicants.
• Collect a deposit and process applications.
• Ensure model/target apartments are ready and maintain a clean workspace.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms, unit specs, availability, market conditions, and policies.
• Utilize customer service and sales techniques.
• Maintain contact with locator services and local businesses for informational materials.
• Shop surrounding properties and conduct outreach marketing.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs.
• Create move-in resident files and assist with ongoing file maintenance.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Handle resident requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
