Job Description Summary

As a Leasing Consultant, you will play an important role with the onsite management team. Our Leasing Consultants are committed to providing excellent service and creating positive first impressions. You will manage your own success by achieving leasing goals, building rapport with prospects and residents, and supporting occupancy and rent growth.

Essential Job Duties

1. Tour the property with prospects, answer questions about amenities, community, and grounds.
2. Highlight the community's quality and lifestyle benefits to drive sales.
3. Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment, including background checks.
4. Ensure apartments are ready for move-in.
5. Provide exceptional service to residents to exceed expectations and retain residents.
6. Perform office activities and coordinate paperwork related to rentals with attention to detail.
7. Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

Physical Demands

Must be able to stand, walk, ascend/descend stairs, and operate office machinery. Travel up to 5% may be required, with outdoor weather conditions possible.

Benefits and Compensation

Eligible employees may enroll in various benefit programs, including health, vision, dental, retirement, and insurance plans. Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and location.
