Red Tail Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Santa Paula, CA. This role delivers exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process, supports multiple communities, and handles leasing, admin tasks, resident relations, and property operations to ensure smooth move-ins and move-outs.

Weekend availability is required; onsite position with competitive compensation and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in multifamily housing leasing.
• Must read and write English fluently.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Preferred experience with property management software (Yardi, Voyager, Entrata).

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Show apartments and lease units; assist with move-ins.
• Update unit availability daily and maintain leasing information.
• Process rental applications per company procedures.
• Manage move-in calendars and ensure units meet standards.
• Address and resolve resident concerns; elevate to supervisor when needed.
