The Waters at Chenal by Fogelman in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Leasing Consultant to conduct tours, process applications and execute marketing strategies for the community. You will maintain positive resident relations and coordinate events to enhance occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring at least one year of leasing or sales experience, strong communication and customer service skills, and a passion for planning events. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifikationen

• At least one year of leasing or sales experience preferred.
• Experience with virtual and in-person community tours preferred.
• Working knowledge of property management platforms (Yardi, Entrata, Yieldstar, CRM) preferred.
• Marketing skills to execute a property marketing plan through outside marketing, social media and resident events.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A valid driver’s license and automobile insurance may be required.

Aufgaben

• Conduct tours of model and available apartments and discuss lease terms.
• Follow up with prospects to secure leases.
• Process applications in compliance with policies.
• Schedule move-ins and prepare lease paperwork.
• Plan and coordinate resident events.
• Provide marketing support including market surveys and notices.
• Maintain positive resident relations and address requests and complaints.
• Adhere to safety and Fair Housing policies.
