Job summary

Bedrock Property Management in Nashville is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support day-to-day operations, meet leasing and income goals, and deliver excellent customer service. Experience with affordable housing programs (Section 8 and LIHTC) and compliance knowledge are highly valued.

You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process and collaborate with the Community Director to achieve property goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year of multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Experience with Section 8 and LIHTC preferred.
• Previous leasing experience preferred.
• Customer Experience Specialists or related fields encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience working with a team to meet success.

Responsibilities

• Process leasing applications under Section 8 and LIHTC guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing program requirements and maintain resident files.
• Coordinate lease execution and renewals with management and compliance terms.
• Prepare documentation for audits and compliance reviews.
• Provide exemplary customer service and create a welcoming environment.
• Abide by federal fair housing standards and applicable laws.
• Develop professional skills and pursue continual growth.
• Represent the company professionally to residents, vendors, and owners.
• Present tours of affordable housing units and explain leasing terms.
• Resolve issues promptly with focus on customer service.
• Drive property performance through events, marketing, and retention.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
