Job summary

TRG Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to serve as the primary contact for prospective and current residents. You will market available units, conduct property tours, process lease applications, and prepare lease agreements to support a positive resident experience and strong occupancy.

Based in a Miami community, the role requires strong communication and sales skills, a high school diploma, and proficiency with MS Office and property management software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Previous leasing, sales, customer service, or property management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (Yardi, Entrata, OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct property tours and highlight community amenities and features.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects.
• Process rental applications, verify documentation, and screen applicants.
• Prepare lease agreements and explain lease terms and community policies.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and resident files.
• Assist with lease renewals and resident retention initiatives.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures.
• Address resident concerns and communicate maintenance requests.
• Help market the property through social media, community outreach, and advertising.
• Ensure the leasing office and model units are clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Meet monthly leasing, occupancy, and renewal goals.
