TRG Management Company is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our Miami-area properties. You will market available units, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases while delivering excellent resident experiences.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, sales skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior property management or customer service experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or property management preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software (Yardi, Entrata, OneSite) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct property tours and highlight community amenities and features.
• Process rental applications, verify documentation, and screen applicants.
• Prepare lease agreements and explain lease terms and community policies.

Job Description

The Leasing Consultant serves as the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents. This role involves marketing available units, conducting property tours, processing lease applications, preparing lease agreements, and ensuring a positive resident experience while helping achieve occupancy goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct property tours and highlight community amenities and features.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects.
• Process rental applications, verify documentation, and screen applicants.
• Prepare lease agreements and explain lease terms and community policies.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and resident files.
• Assist with lease renewals and resident retention initiatives.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures.
• Address resident concerns and communicate maintenance requests.
• Help market the property through social media, community outreach, and advertising.
• Ensure the leasing office and model units are clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Meet monthly leasing, occupancy, and renewal goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Previous experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or property management preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g., Yardi, Entrata, OneSite).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
