Join to apply for the Leasing Consultant - Lease up role at ZRS Management

This position involves attracting and screening potential tenants, providing property information, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring a smooth leasing process. Responsibilities include leasing properties, maintaining high occupancy, marketing, conducting tours, screening applicants, negotiating leases, and delivering excellent customer service. Collaboration with property managers and team members is essential to meet leasing goals and uphold property standards.

The primary focus includes:

  • Staying informed about local rental market trends, competitors, and regulations
  • Participating in marketing events and outreach to maximize visibility
  • Managing all leasing activities, including lease preparation and facilitating move-ins
  • Responding to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email channels
  • Assisting with reports and addressing resident needs and concerns
  • Explaining lease and community policies clearly
  • Organizing resident events as directed
  • Upholding ethical standards, fair housing laws, and company policies
  • Working at least one to two weekends per month

Qualifications include:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • 1+ year of sales or leasing experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • Strong negotiating and sales skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with property management software such as Onesite, Yardi, RealPage, etc.
  • Knowledge of marketing via Internet, email, and social media
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, work independently and in a team, and maintain confidentiality
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
