Job summary

Olen Living in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant for Durango Canyon. The role focuses on leasing vacant units, guiding tours of models and community amenities, and maintaining high occupancy through strong customer service.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of residential leasing, knowledge of Fair Housing laws, and proficiency with Office 365 and property management software. Weekend availability and a proactive, energetic approach are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of residential leasing experience.
• Must be familiar with Fair Housing laws.
• Experience with Office 365 including Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Willing and able to learn new software.
• Excellent customer service, communication and sales skills.
• Weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours of models, vacant apartments, property and amenities.
• Utilizes resident, prospect and revenue management software for leasing activities.
• Maintains closing ratios and processes rental applications for review by the Property Manager.
• Assists with move-in process and service requests.
• Supports outreach marketing and resident events.
