Asset Living, based in Knoxville, is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. You will show units, greet prospects, tour communities, and sign leases, while handling daily leasing administration.

Regular/daily onsite attendance is required. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements, with strong customer service and sales focus to achieve

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conducts all leasing paperwork needed before move-in.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, responding to prospect leads within 24 hours.
• Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios, and work to achieve and exceed leasing goals.
• Deal with resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure resident satisfaction.
