Job summary

Community Housing Partners (CHP) seeks an experienced Leasing Consultant II for a brand-new affordable housing community near Washington, DC. You’ll drive occupancy from the ground up, develop local marketing strategies, and close leases through engaging tours and excellent service.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years leasing experience, are outgoing, and can build relationships with local employers and organizations. Knowledge of Yardi or RentCafe is a plus; on-site role with an on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful leasing experience, preferably in new construction or lease-up communities.
• Ability to market apartments and hit occupancy goals.
• Outgoing, energetic, confident in closing leases.

Responsibilities

• Drive leasing activity from first inquiry through move-in.
• Develop and execute local marketing and outreach to generate qualified traffic.
• Conduct engaging apartment tours and close leases.
• Build relationships with employers and community orgs to boost visibility.
• Manage social media and outreach events to support occupancy goals.
