Community Housing Partners Corp. seeks a Leasing Consultant II in Charlottesville, VA. You will welcome residents, conduct tours, handle leasing applications, and support move-ins/move-outs in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of leasing or property management experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain Fair Housing certification within six months of hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting prospective residents with warmth and professionalism.
• Conducting community and apartment tours.
• Managing leasing applications and move-in documentation.
• Supporting lease renewals and resident retention efforts.
• Coordinating move-in and move-out inspections; maintaining resident files.
