Job summary

Mission Rock Residential in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a Leasing Consultant to provide information, conduct on-site tours, and lease apartments to prospective residents while delivering excellent customer service to current residents.

You will actively participate in leasing and marketing to maximize occupancy, tour amenities and vacant units, process resident requests in Yardi, and greet clients in a friendly, compliant manner.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in leasing and marketing of the community to maximize occupancy.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and have current knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
• Courteously process resident communications including service requests, entering the request into Yardi and communicate the request to the Service Team.
• Stand to meet and greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly and welcoming manner, always conforming to Fair Housing regulations.
